convenient location friendly staff spacious room broken refrigerator light blocking small bathroom

the location was super close to grand central it made getting around so easy the staff were so friendly and helpful especially with directions i loved that the room was spacious it never felt cramped at all.

the fridge in the room wasn't working properly they had to come fix it a few times the curtains let in too much light at night i could still see a glow from outside the bathroom was quite small definitely needed more space.

great location well-kept building shabby room early housekeeping

the location was great. i was close to grand central station and the subway line. the building was beautiful and well kept. i would definitely stay again.

The hotel is adequate. the room was worn. it was also a bit shabby. housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:30am. someone was vacuuming the hallway at 10:00pm.

fantastic stay!

convenient location friendly staff refillable water excellent value

i found the location convenient. it was near grand central terminus and made attending meetings easy. getting to lunches and dinners was also simple. the staff were friendly and helpful, which i appreciated. the water bottles were refillable with quality water! i definitely found excellent value for the money.

i noticed charges seemed inconsistent among guests. my bill differed from others staying the same time, a little confusing.

the king room featured a comfortable bed with excellent sleep. the room was clean and well kept, and the bathroom facilities worked well. the room's condition contributed positively to the overall stay.

grand central terminal is a short walk from the hotel. this makes accessing various subway lines easy. many points of interest throughout manhattan are accessible by foot. the immediate neighborhood felt safe and clean.
